Public exploration of the Phoenix Park, its flora and fauna through artistic interventions, with a particular emphasis on mindfulness and the proven benefits of the natural world on mental health.
Life is full of stresses, school, college, work, family, finance concerns. Debbie Chapman, visual artist, believes that the arts, our natural heritage and mindfulness are essential tools for a calm and happy life. During the project 'Artwalks', Debbie will take participants on a walk in the Phoenix Park, sketching and practicing basic mindfulness techniques that can relieve anxiety and improve mental clarity.
